The Bay Restaurant located right in the middle of the Whitefish Bay Downtown Business District has started its own history in the building that was first constructed in 1955 to be a liquor store for Clarence and Sylvia Schallert. The building was an expansion of Clarence Schallert’s existing career as a wholesale liquor salesman. The Schallert's were granted the first liquor license in the village’s history to open their store.

Great menu with many options. The food is delicious and not too pricey. We have always received excellent service and enjoy the laid back yet classy atmosphere. We also get coupons periodically which are definitely a plus!
Loved the outdoors! Great food and drinks selection. Their salmon appetizer and pasta was super delicious and brings an interesting twist to meals with variety of Moscow mules. It's a great place to be in summer with great food and company.
The seasonal veggie burger is awesome! For summer they have the beet based patty and it is absolutely delicious. The brioche bun is a plus. Everything from my previous reviews stands. I just wanted to rave about the new veggie burgers.
This place was awesome. It was my first time last week and I'll be taking my husband in the near future. If you're a wine drinker - drink the wine. Their wine portions are HUGE and the Cabernet was absolutely amazing. It had a very small hint of sweetness. Yum!
Man is this place great! From the decor to the staff to the food, its really top notch! I had the cheeseball for an appetizer and the chicken salad sandwich for luch. I don't think I could have made a better decision but it was a hard decision because everything looked good.
